ProSPA
ProSPA is an instrument designed to measure sub-surface water and volatiles near the lunar South Pole – Aitken Basin as part of the ESA PROSPECT package planned to fly on the Russian Luna-27 lander in 2020.
A proposal from the Open University in collaboration with SELEX-ES, Italy, has been made to ESA in October 2015. It is hoped that phase B development will start early in 2016.
